I've been a Physical Therapist, Personal Trainer, and Strength Coach for over 12 years.  I was frustrated with the limits of insurance-based healthcare, so I decided to break free from the traditional PT scene and start my "side gig" in 2021. 

Last year, I added Health Coaching to my practice, allowing me to adopt a more holistic approach for total body wellness.


I am able to spend 1-on-1 time with you, at each appointment, without the rush of a busy clinic. Plus, I can focus on the whole body (since everything's connected!), instead of just one part at a time!

By getting you in for the injury consultation sooner, we can ease your worries and give you a clear idea of your recovery timeline. I offer both in-person and virtual appointments.
