10 weeks of one-on-one Private Strategy Sessions

  • Functional Movement Assessment, Medical History Review
    • Find the UNDERLYING cause of your pain, and work together to create a specific plan for your long-term goals
  • Detailed Workout Plan with email/chat support as needed
    • Get moving again- even with your injury!
      • Safe and efficient workout program specific to you
  • Proven Strategies To Decrease Pain
    • Roadmap to decrease pain while sleeping, while at work, and while traveling
  • Support and guidance for questions you may have along the way
  • Text/Email Check-ins from Liz throughout the week
  • Sports Psychology for returning to sport after an injury
  • Nutrition Counseling, Sleep Protocol, Stress Management
  • After 10 weeks, you will receive a specific 4 Week Roadmap for continued gains

 

Although this program is built around working out with an injury, we will also touch on weight loss, nutritional resources, and stress management.
