  • You already know your way around a gym or have a home gym and are currently working out but have reached a plateau.
  • You'd like an individualized program with respect to your injury/illness.
  • You'd like help with dosage and planning so you don't continue to injure yourself.

This is a monthly program, but a minimum of 3 months is recommended after an injury.
