(payment to be collected at the time of service)

All appointments provide a unique combination of hands-on Physical Therapy (manual therapy, dry needling, cupping, and fascial release work) with exercises given specifically to your injury.

I do not bill your medical insurance so that I can provide personalized total body care.

I've been a Physical Therapist, Personal Trainer, and Strength Coach for over 10years. I was frustrated with the limits of insurance-based healthcare, so I decided to break free from the traditional PT scene and start my "side gig" in 2021.

I am able to spend 1-on-1 time with you at each appointment without the rush of a busy clinic. I can focus on the whole body (since everything's connected!) instead of just one part at a time!
