No referral is needed. As a cash-pay practice, I treat the entire body without insurance restrictions. You’ll get 1-on-1 attention for the full appointment.

HOW ARE YOUR SERVICES DIFFERENT?
You get  45 minutes of 1-on-1 care every session, unlike traditional PT clinics where insurance limits time and frequency.

I see clients weekly if needed (depending on their injury), but I also include a virtual option, which will save you money and time. This allows us to speed up your recovery and reduce the risk of further injury.

CAN I BILL MY INSURANCE?
I don’t accept insurance, but the cash-pay option can be more affordable, especially if your deductible hasn’t been met.

I provide receipts for HSA/FSA use and offer flexible payment options.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FOR MY FIRST APPOINTMENT?
Expect a 45-minute session focused on a full-body movement assessment. Wear comfortable clothing. I’ll assess and treat posture, functional movement, and other factors.  I specialize in dry needling, manual therapy and myofascial release techniques (like cupping) to jumpstart recovery.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT TO FEEL?
You’ll likely see and feel results immediately or within the first few visits. Recovery depends on the type of injury, chronic pain, or preventative care, and we’ll work together to achieve your goals.

WILL I NEED TO BUY EQUIPMENT?
No. Your corrective exercises can be done at home with minimal equipment.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance for a full refund or free virtual rescheduling.  An additional $50 cancellation fee will be given outside of 24 hours.
