Waiting several weeks can lead to other injuries (and it's hard to know if the exercises you find online are the best for you).
Every injury is different, to find the best package for you, let's start with the Consultation/Evaluation; we can discuss the options and you'll receive all the details for the next steps and medical recommendations.

​If you have to wait more than 10 days to get into your Doctor or PT appointment

If you'd like to know what this injury timeline will look like, you can use the information from our evaluation to plan your next few weeks/months.

If you are currently seeing a PT (or have recently been discharged) but aren't quite back to 100%. You'd like a few more weeks of training for total body strengthening.​​
